He has established manufacturing sites in Costa Rica, Mexico, Europe, and Asia along with multiple US sites. Richard has worked in multiple medical technologies including ultrasound imaging/doppler, RF ablation, diabetes, surgical robotics, and laser and RF for aesthetics.
